Hey everyone, we come with some very disappointing news:

Posts to Facebook Pages and Groups, as well as direct posts to Instagram, will not be supported in OneUp until September, 2022

Why?

Years ago when OneUp was under different ownership, Facebook did not like the fact that OneUp allowed users to post directly to Instagram accounts (because their API did not officially support it yet).

Instagram's API now supports it, and has supported it for a long time now.

However, Facebook is still upset about what happened years ago, and has sentenced OneUp to Facebook jail until September 2022. Yes, seriously.

BUT...
Facebook has confirmed with us that OneUp's Facebook and Instagram integrations will be restored in September 2022.

(Facebook did a complete audit of OneUp and found that we are in 100% compliance of their API, which is why OneUp is eligible for reinstatement in September 2022)

I am on a paid plan. What now?

We are extremely upset by Facebook's decision, but understand if you need to cancel your subscription because of it (you can do so from the Billing & Subscription section).

However, if you are willing to hang in there with us, you can pause your subscription for the next few months, and this will allow you to keep using OneUp for the other social networks for free, and then once OneUp's Facebook and Instagram integrations are reinstated.

To pause a monthly plan, go to: Settings -> Billing & Subscription -> Cancel subscription -> (select how long you would like to pause your subscription) -> Pause subscription
To pause an annual plan, please contact us on the chat or email us at help@oneupapp.io

We understand how frustrating this might be for you. It is unbelievably frustrating for us as well. We are doing whatever we can to get Facebook and Instagram supported again in OneUp as soon as possible.

We will let everyone know as soon as everything is restored.

Note: In deactivating our Facebook application, Facebook also removed Facebook posts that were previously published by OneUp. These will be restored in September (or hopefully shorter) when OneUp's Facebook application gets restored.
