Fair Usage Policy
We reserve the right to move users to a custom plan if their number of accounts and/or number of posts is causing too heavy of a load on our system:
Our goal at OneUp is to keep our pricing simple and our limits as permissive as possible. We don’t want users to worry about usage limits, and 99.99% of OneUp users will never need to worry about this.
But when someone abuses our generous tiers, it increases our costs and causes pressure on our infrastructure that can negatively affect all other OneUp users.
In this case, we ask the user to move to a custom plan to better align with the usage.
Examples of abusive use:
- Having 1,000+ posts scheduled to a single account
- Creating 10s or 100s of similar accounts with the intention of posting the same thing to all them
Spam protocols: We reserve the right to limit or stop your usage if it is determined that you are abusing OneUp for spam or low-quality posts.
In such cases, a refund will not be provided.
