What is OneUp's cancellation and refund policy?
You can cancel your OneUp subscription at any time. If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after, we do not offer refunds. We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-subscription cancellations or downgrades. Do you have an affiliate program?
OneUp does not have an affiliate program. However, if you enjoy using OneUp, we hope that you still share it with anyone who might be interested. We are a 100% bootstrapped startup, which means that we have never taken on any investment. We rely primarily on word-of-mouth marketing for growth, so when one of our users spreads the word about OneUp, it means the world to us :)
How do I change or reset my password?

Does OneUp have an API?
No, OneUp does not have a public API.
What forms of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept Paypal or Bitcoin. *NOTE: OneUp bills in USD. For foreign transactions, the currency conversion will happen after the charge and will be performed by your credit card provider.
How long is the trial?

OneUp does not have any discounts, but we feel our pricing is already very competitive :)
Fair Usage Policy
Fair usage policy: OneUp's fair usage policy is designed to prevent spam and abuse of our products. We reserve the right to limit or stop your usage if it is determined that you are abusing OneUp for spam or low-quality posts. In such cases, a refund will not be provided.
Where can I find an invoice or receipt of my purchase?
You can find your invoices on the Billing page by clicking the Manage Subscription button.
