Team member is not receiving invitation email
If you have invited a team member, but they have not received the email invitation yet, ask them to check their spam folder for the password reset email.
If you still cannot find the password reset email, try whitelisting (adding to email contacts) the email address support@oneupapp.io and then send it again.
