What happens to my posts if I delete a category?
If a category has content associated with it, deleting that category will delete all of your scheduled posts in that category. This cannot be undone, so please be extremely careful when deleting a category!
How is each GMB location counted?

Depending on your plan, you'll be able to schedule a certain number of posts in advance. This is not a weekly or monthly limit, it's the number of posts you can store in your queue at any one time. Let’s say you are on the Starter Plan and already have 150 posts in your queue. You will not have the option to add any more posts. However, as soon as one of your posts gets published, you will be able to top your queue back up to 150.
Can I upload multiple images to 1 post?
At this time, you can only upload 1 picture per post. We hope to support multiple images in the near future.
Does OneUp have a mobile app?
There is currently not a mobile app for either iOS or Android. We plan on building one in the near future though.
Why can't I connect my personal Facebook profile?
Facebook no longer allows third-party scheduling tools to connect to personal Facebook profiles. Only Pages and Groups are allowed.
Why is it showing as "Published by OneUp" on Facebook?
When posting on a Facebook Page, only you will see the "Published by OneUp", others will not see it. When posting to a Facebook Group through OneUp, it will show "OneUp" at the top of each post to everyone. This is per Facebook's rules and cannot be changed or removed.

Can I customize a post to be a different for each social network?
Currently, OneUp does not have a way of customizing the post for each social network while scheduling. However, one easy workaround is to schedule a post to all the social networks you want, which will queue up seperate posts for each social network. While the post is still in your queue, you can then edit each individual post to your liking from the queue before it goes live.
