When I upload a video, it shows a black box / Video upload not working
If you upload a video and get this:
...the most likely reason is that you are trying to upload a large MOV file.
If you keep MOV files below 60MB, they should upload fine.
If your file is larger than 60MB, you can convert it to a MP4 file and then it should upload fine.
