By default, posts to Google My Business are "What's new" posts.
To make it an Event post, you can check the box "Is this a Google My Business Event post":
For Offer posts, choose the "Get offer" CTA option. Adding dates and times to Offer posts is not supported by Google My Businesses API currently, so the only way to add those options is natively on the GMB dashboard.
"Product" posts and "COVID-19 Update" posts are not supported by GMB's API, so the only way to post them is natively on the GMB dashboard.
