Reviews - Does OneUp support responding/replying to Google Business Profile reviews?
Yes, OneUp supports viewing and replying to Google Business Profile reviews 😊
If you have Google Business Profile(s) connected, it will show you all the reviews for each location.
You can filter reviews by:
- specific location
- reviews that haven't been replied to
- newest, highest, or lowest rating
And then reply to reviews directly from within OneUp 🤓
You can even click the "Suggest a reply" button and get an AI-suggested reply (which you can edit to your liking before submitting):
And if your reviews are in a language other than English, click "Suggest reply in original language" and OneUp will suggest a reply in the same language of the review:
