Articles on: Using OneUp

Why don't I see any scheduled or published posts from my RSS feed?

OneUp automatically checks for new posts from RSS feeds once every 20 minutes for RSS feeds, and once every 6 hours if you are auto-posting from a Facebook Page.

It's been more than 20 minutes (or 6 hours if auto-posting from a FB page) and I dont see my post?

In this case, open up your RSS feed URL in a new tab (it normally ends in /feed such as https://blog.oneupapp.io/feed).

Find the most recent Item in the feed, and check the date and time of that most recent Item:

If your most recent item was published less than 60 minutes ago, then it should publish in the near future.

NOTE: Each Item needs a publish date (aka a "PubDate") to post successfully through OneUp

I opened up my RSS feed URL in a new tab and I don't see a post that I think should show in my RSS feed?

If you don't see a post that you think should show in your RSS feed, that means your feed has not picked up the most recent post yet.

Many RSS feed tools only check the feed sources at certain intervals. For example, on the free plan for RSS.app and FetchRSS, it only checks for new posts to add to the feed once every 24 hours.
