My Instagram or personal Facebook Profile post shows as published, but I don't see it

If you have an Instagram Story, a post to a personal Instagram account, or a post to a personal Facebook Profile that shows as Published, that means you should have received a notification on your phone from the OneUp mobile app.

You can see your past post notifications in the Notification History tab of the OneUp mobile app:

Unfortunately Instagram and Facebook do not allow scheduling tools to post directly to Instagram Stories, personal Instagram accounts, or personal Facebook Profiles, so this method is required.

I did not receive a notification from the OneUp mobile app about my post?

If you are not receiving notifications, make sure that you are logged into the correct OneUp account (if you have multiple) on your phone, and that you have enabled notifications.

If you are sure you have notifications enabled on your phone, there may a couple reasons why you did not see your post notification:

You may have Do Not Disturb enabled during certain times (muting all notifications)
You may have had many notifications (such as texts, or notifications from other apps) that were showing in front of the OneUp notification for your post
